We're delighted to announce that Mark Wells has been co-opted onto the Scarborough Cricket Club Management Committee.

Mark played for Scarborough Cricket Club for over a decade from 1992 onwards, predominantly in the 1st XI, helping the club to enjoy a successful period during his time at North Marine Road.

His appointment reinforces the club's commitment to bringing passionate, experienced people into key roles as we continue to develop Scarborough Cricket Club.

Mark said: "I feel privileged to be appointed onto Scarborough Cricket Club's committee. I enjoyed the best years of my cricket career playing for this club and feel passionately about giving something back now and helping the new committee and team ensure there is a positive future for the club.

"I look forward to getting stuck in and helping the club push forward, on and off the pitch."
